- The Product Owner is accountable for defining, delivering, and continuously improving StarCompliance’s SaaS-based regulatory compliance products.
- Lead Release Planning, Refinement, and Review sessions to maximize team output and focus on value delivery.
- Write clear, detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria that align to business outcomes.
- Maintain a well-refined backlog and proactively prepare upcoming work to support predictable releases.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Owner or Product Management experience in SaaS or enterprise software, or equivalent experience.
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery practices, including backlog refinement and sprint management.
- Proven ability to write actionable user stories and use cases.
- Experience with STAR Compliance products and services a plus.
- Experience working with or within regulatory compliance, ethics, or financial services technology.
- Demonstrated collaboration with Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management across technical and business teams.
