About the role
- Stagiaire en génie civil assistant une équipe de conception de ponts et ouvrages d'art chez Stantec. Impliqué dans des projets diversifiés dans la région de Québec.
Responsibilities
- Participer à des mandats de conception en lien avec votre formation, selon les projets au moment du stage
- Participer à la réalisation de la modélisation (2D et 3D ou éléments finis), l’analyse et les calculs de conception pour les ponts et autres structures avec les logiciels dédiés (CSI Bridges, Advanced Design America, etc)
- Participer aux études de faisabilité et/ou d’avant-projet
- Participer aux études d’évaluation de la capacité portante des structures
- Participer à des réunions et discussions techniques et à l’élaboration des solutions de problèmes techniques
- Participer à la préparation des plans, devis, bordereaux, rapports d’expertise.
Requirements
- Être en voie d’obtenir un baccalauréat (BACC) en génie civil
- Maîtriser le français à l'oral et à l'écrit
- Avoir une bonne connaissance de la suite MS Office
- Posséder d’excellentes compétences pour l’analyse, la résolution de problèmes et l’établissement des priorités
- Avoir de bonnes habiletés relationnelles et apprécier le travail en équipe
- Avoir de bonnes connaissances des pratiques de gestion de projet et des codes de sécurités
- Posséder une attestation en Santé et sécurité générale sur les chantiers de construction (ASP construction)
- Être capable de travailler dans des endroits élevés ou profonds ainsi que dans des espaces clos.
