Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end commercial, operational, and customer relationship management for a major national customer.
Drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction through strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue, market share, and profit objectives.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key customer stakeholders.
Lead sales forecasting and demand planning, monitoring account performance, and adjusting plans based on data-driven insights.
Plan and execute customer-specific promotions and events in collaboration with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams.
Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution.
Coordinate with National Field Execution teams to support retail execution, product training, and gather field intelligence.
Manage account-level KPIs, including sales & revenue growth, margin improvement, forecast accuracy, inventory management, promotional effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous experience in a Key Account Management or similar position.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
Cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience in the tools industry or with industrial suppliers is highly regarded.
