About the role

  • Customer Supply Chain Analyst managing supply chain KPIs and compliance for a major global company. Focused on improving order management and customer scorecards within a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Customer Scorecards to achieve KPIs (OTIF, SL, Compliance)
  • Maximize Order to Cash by progressing to “Down in a Day” Order Management and achieving weekly 95% Drop to Target cycle times
  • Create and Document SOPs
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting Supply Chain Customer Compliance and developing processes and business model to mitigate compliance fines

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Mgt, or related required
  • 3-5 years Customer Operations, Supply Chain experience
  • Solid computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, SAP, Excel, Business Warehouse)
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal required
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to analyze and problem-solve
  • Time Management
