Responsibilities
Maintain Customer Scorecards to achieve KPIs (OTIF, SL, Compliance)
Maximize Order to Cash by progressing to “Down in a Day” Order Management and achieving weekly 95% Drop to Target cycle times
Create and Document SOPs
Responsible for tracking and reporting Supply Chain Customer Compliance and developing processes and business model to mitigate compliance fines
Requirements
BA/BS Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Mgt, or related required
3-5 years Customer Operations, Supply Chain experience
Solid computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, SAP, Excel, Business Warehouse)
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal required
