About the role

  • Geometric inspection and evaluation of welded assemblies
  • Assessment of weld quality using non-destructive testing methods, primarily visual testing (VT), magnetic particle testing (MT) and dye penetrant testing (PT)
  • Preparation of required quality documentation
  • Support defect and root‑cause analysis for identified quality deviations and recurring fault patterns
  • Initiate and monitor long‑term corrective actions and promote continuous improvement measures
  • Ensure compliance with internal and customer‑specific quality requirements

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a technical/trade field or equivalent qualifications
  • Certification according to DIN EN ISO 9712 in at least one of the following methods required: Visual Testing (VT Level 2), Dye Penetrant Testing (PT Level 2), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT Level 2)
  • Relevant experience in non‑destructive testing, evaluation of welded joints and geometric measurement
  • A self‑motivated, conscientious and results‑oriented working style completes your profile
