About the role
- Product Manager owning consumer-facing products Disco and StackChat at StackOne. Leading product marketing and growth with a small engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for Disco and StackChat.
- Drive PLG loops across activation, retention, referral, and monetization.
- Run weekly experiments and rapidly iterate on consumer AI use cases.
- Lead product marketing: positioning, launches, website copy, demos, templates.
- Build distribution channels: integrations directory, presets, shareable agents, SEO.
- Ensure world-class LLM UX: context handling, citations, tool calling, safety and privacy.
- Define analytics and experimentation stack; report WAU, activation, and feature adoption.
- Partner with founders on pricing and packaging across consumer and prosumer tiers.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product with 2+ years shipping LLM apps or agents, including tool/function calling and RAG.
- Proven PLG track record moving core metrics.
- Strong technical fluency across AI app stacks, MCP or similar tool frameworks, webhooks and OAuth.
- Product marketing chops: positioning, launch plans, narrative, demo storytelling.
- Experience with automation and orchestration patterns.
- Data-driven, experiment-oriented, excellent writing.
- London based, comfortable working directly with founders and a tiny squad.
- Comfortable “vibe coding” quick prototypes to validate ideas.
