About the role

  • Tax Clerk focusing on payroll and ensuring accurate salary payments at IRS Group, a leader in repair services in Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and ensure accurate payroll and salary calculations
  • Record all payroll-relevant data, including tax and social security information
  • Handle reporting and certification tasks and maintain master data
  • Implement salary changes, special payments and company pension schemes
  • Prepare reports and support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Contribute to and optimize HR processes within your area of responsibility

Requirements

  • Completed training as a Tax Clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting
  • Very good knowledge of income tax and social security legislation
  • Confident user of payroll systems (ideally Sage) and MS Office
  • Discretion, reliability and a team-oriented mindset
