About the role

  • Solutions Consultant advising clients on implementing solutions using Sprinklr’s Unified-CXM platform. Responsibilities include conducting discovery sessions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key member of the account team for your territory, working directly with prospects and customers during sales cycles as a trusted advisor to build confidence and excitement around Sprinklr’s suite of products and integrations with customer systems
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand client goals, challenges, and desired outcomes across marketing, social media, customer care and CX
  • Understand potential business opportunities at customer prospects by researching and understanding their go-to-market strategies
  • Design and present tailored solutions using Sprinklr’s platform, showcasing how our technology drives value across the marketing tech stack
  • Facilitate workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and proof-of-concept engagements to demonstrate solution fit and strategic impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing) to deliver compelling demos, create solution architectures and align to positive business outcomes and go-to-market strategy
  • Stay current on industry trends in mar-tech, social media, contact center, and customer experience to inform solution strategy and client conversations

Requirements

  • Experience Solutions Consultant/Sales Engineer with experience in a role at a SaaS company working with Enterprise clients
  • A strategic thinker with experience in marketing technology, customer experience, or digital transformation consulting
  • Experience guiding prospects and customers through structured problem solving and value realization frameworks and helping clients innovate and transform their customer experiences
  • Familiar with platforms such as CRM, Marketing Automation, Social Media Management, Business Intelligence and CCaaS, as well as integrations between systems
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders from C-suite to practitioner, with strong storytelling and presentation skills
  • Thought leader with a track record of publishing, speaking, or contributing to industry conversations
  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning
  • Demonstrates empathy and builds trust quickly
  • Willingness for up to 40% travel, largely within the US
