Responsibilities

Requirements
3+ years of proven experience in internal communications or a related field.
You are a self-starter who jumps into challenges, gets energized by solving problems, and is always looking for ways to level up how we communicate.
You stay plugged into pop culture, internet trends, and whatever everyone will be talking about next week, and you know how to channel that energy into internal storytelling.
You speak human and reject stiff corporate language. You can write in a way that feels fresh, natural, and unmistakably Spotify.
You are fluent in using AI tools to draft, edit and experiment. You see AI as a creative collaborator.
You build strong relationships and genuinely enjoy working across teams to make great work happen.
