Requirements
- Degree in electrical engineering, automation engineering, process engineering, or a related field
- Several years of experience in managing automation projects
- Team leadership and definition of work packages — ideally some initial experience in one of our core industries
- Genuine enthusiasm and passion for project work
- Understanding of business opportunities and risks
- High degree of flexibility and ability to work independently
- Customer focus, strong negotiation skills, and a confident manner
- Strong team and communication skills
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel for projects
