Responsibilities
Support plant engineering and automation projects from concept development through planning to commissioning
Co-responsible for the planning of electrical installations, technical building services, and control and process control systems
Perform basic and detailed engineering and assume coordinating tasks within projects
Co-responsible for programming and implementing control, visualization (HMI), and process control systems
Requirements
Proven professional experience in industrial automation
Experience programming, configuring, and extending automation systems
Knowledge of process control systems (e.g., SIMATIC PCS7, Emerson DeltaV)
Knowledge of PLC and automation software (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal/Step7)
Experience with visualization, HMI, or SCADA systems
Understanding of industrial networks and communication interfaces (e.g., Profinet, Profibus, OPC UA)
Experience in commissioning, system testing, optimization, and support
Completed technical education in automation, electrical engineering, or electronics
Further qualification as a Techniker HF or FH engineer (university of applied sciences) in Automation, Systems Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
Solution-oriented, structured, and independent working style
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with customers and project teams
Very good German language skills; English skills are an advantage
