About the role

  • Energy efficiency engineer involved in building performance throughout project lifecycle. Conducting audits, assisting in contract management, and on-site project analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze & advise: energy audits, asset strategies
  • Design & refurbish: project management for renovation across all trades (TCE) or technical installations
  • Assist & oversee: operations contracts, energy performance contracts
  • Study & calculate: fluid studies, HVAC, regulatory compliance
  • Learn the profession from A to Z: business development, advisory, studies, construction site work, and post-completion follow-up

Requirements

  • 3–5 years' experience in building/energy engineering, with proven references in energy refurbishment of buildings
  • Strong experience with building energy performance projects
  • Versatile, 'Swiss‑army‑knife' mindset: autonomous, curious, pragmatic, energetic—and able to ask for help when needed
  • Ability to manage projects end-to-end with rigor and autonomy
  • Motivation to contribute concretely to the energy transition in your daily professional activities
