Responsibilities
Contribute to defining and refining the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with both business objectives and market demands.
Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
Collaborate with stakeholders to convert broad business requests into specific, actionable technology requirements.
Improve solution design by clarifying requirements and suggesting practical options based on current system constraints and integration points.
Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents, functional specifications, and user stories.
Partner with design and development teams to ensure user interface and user experience considerations are embedded into requirements.
Participate in the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
Involve in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, including developing test cases and facilitating user feedback sessions.
Seek out opportunities to enhance processes and systems, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in business administration, technology, or similar discipline
Minimum 5+ years experience in financial services with 5+ years working in Product Management or Business Analyst role.
Demonstrate knowledge of credit risk analysis and best practices to inform product decisions, support solution design, and ensure alignment with industry standards.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
Experience working with project management and issue tracking software (MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, AzureDevOps etc.)
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate design concepts and collaborate with stakeholders.
The ability to work independently and autonomously whilst under pressure, with excellent time management and interpersonal skills
A collaborative team spirit with ability to adapt communication style in different situations
