Lead the strategy and execution of Adobe Real-Time CDP within the marketing organization at S&P Global. Oversee architecture, implementation, and data governance for audience-centric marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, roadmap, and hands-on implementation of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-Time CDP.
Develop a Center of Excellence for solution design and business consultation to marketing users and IT stakeholders and a Shared Services strategy to guide implementation of CDP features and integrations.
Manage CDP architecture, administration, and data governance linked to Marketing Data Framework.
Translate business needs into CDP use cases, leading the system-wide development of Ideal Customer Profile.
Partner with BI Engineers following the marketing data framework to develop ingress and egress data pipelines to/from CDP.
Drive data orchestration from the CDP platform to personalize experiences across marketing channels (emails, website, paid media).
Guide and support audience segmentation, identity resolution, and journey orchestration.
Collaborate with privacy and compliance teams to ensure proper handling of PII and data policies.
Monitor KPIs related to product adoption, product ROI, customer segment performance, coverage, and orchestration quality.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
7+ years of experience in data management, Martech, or enterprise marketing technology
3+ years directly working with Adobe RTCDP or equivalent CDPs
Strong experience with data cleansing, structuring, modeling, identity resolution, and segmentation logic
Demonstrated expertise in ETL workflows, APIs, and real-time data syncs
Demonstrated familiarity with the Adobe Suite (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Marketo, Adobe Target)
Familiarity with JavaScript, SQL, JSON, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Understanding of customer lifecycle and how data supports cross-channel engagement
Ability to communicate complex data concepts to marketing and business stakeholders.
