About the role
- Senior Python Developer leading automation initiatives and integrating AI solutions at Source2IT. Focused on process migration and team training.
Responsibilities
- The professional will be responsible for mapping manual and operational processes originating from BPO engagements, conducting feasibility, maturity, and automation prioritization analyses, and translating business needs into automated flows in n8n and Python scripts.
- Will work on developing end-to-end automations in n8n, including custom connectors, complex integrations, and service orchestration.
- Responsible for integrating AI models and services such as LLMs, classifiers, OCR, summarization, forecasting, and cognitive automation.
- In addition to technical execution, will enable and train the client’s team.
Requirements
- Experience with n8n: advanced workflows, triggers, webhooks, REST/SOAP integrations, creating custom nodes, and internal scripting.
- Advanced proficiency in Python: automations, APIs, bots/robotic automation, services, data manipulation, ETL, scraping, and experience with frameworks/libraries such as FastAPI, Flask, Requests, and Pandas.
- Artificial Intelligence: generative AI APIs (OpenAI, Vertex, Azure), NLP, classification, OCR, summarization, cognitive automation, and the ability to apply AI to processes.
- Knowledge of BPO processes: mapping repetitive operational processes, identifying bottlenecks, and prioritizing an automation backlog.
- Integrations and APIs: REST, JSON, OAuth2, Webhooks, messaging systems, CRM, ERP, service desk tools, and databases.
