Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies across marketing spend categories
- Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing for high-value initiatives
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and negotiations
- Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align procurement with business needs
- Ensure compliance with sourcing policies and legal standards
- Lead procurement projects and present results to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 8+ years of procurement experience, preferably in marketing procurement
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Experience managing large, complex spend portfolios
- Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
- Proficient with SAP, P2P systems, and Microsoft Office
- A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
