Responsibilities
Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for management.
Conduct variance analysis to understand deviations from budget and forecast.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets and forecast.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Support ad-hoc requests from management and internal customers, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems.
Implement new tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or a related field.
Hearing healthcare industry knowledge, preferred
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis techniques.
Experience with financial planning and budgeting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
A proactive and results-oriented approach.
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate FP&A role.
Advanced database modeling, report creation and report generation experience
