About the role

  • Finance & Controlling Intern tasked with administrative support in a healthtech startup environment. Involves billing, invoicing, and supporting reporting for fundraising.

Responsibilities

  • Support billing and general administrative tasks
  • Oversee invoicing for doctors and therapists
  • Serve as the primary contact for all invoice-related queries — payment tracking, cash inflows and outflows
  • Manage transactions related to lab orders and supplements
  • Assist with payroll calculations and processing
  • Support the CEO with reporting and KPI tracking for various stakeholders, notably in preparation for the next fundraising round

Requirements

  • Experience in administration, operations, or finance
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable learning and using new software
  • Reliable and discreet when handling sensitive data
  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience in medical administration is a plus
