Responsibilities
Gestión y resolución de incidentes de redes, incluyendo conectividad, navegación y rendimiento.
Soporte técnico a usuarios y coordinación con mesas de ayuda y personal técnico.
Diagnóstico y resolución de problemas de red a nivel de equipos de usuario.
Mantenimiento, configuración y actualización de equipos de red en nuevas instalaciones o actualizaciones.
Participación en tareas de redes de campo dentro de distintas oficinas.
Monitoreo y gestión del estado y rendimiento de la infraestructura de red.
Documentación de incidentes, configuraciones y soluciones implementadas.
Proponer mejoras en procesos y en la infraestructura de red.
Requirements
Estudiantes o graduados en Telecomunicaciones, Ingeniería/Licenciatura en Informática , o afines.
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en gestión de incidentes de redes y soporte técnico de segundo nivel.
Conocimientos sólidos en administración y resolución de problemas en redes LAN, WAN y WiFi .
Certificaciones CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) o CompTIA Network+ (requeridas).
Certificaciones adicionales en redes o soporte técnico son deseables .
