About the role

  • Auxiliar Financeiro supporting financial documentation and processes including account management and report generation. Specializing in tax legislation compliance and bank transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze documents for integrity and authenticity
  • Record accounts receivable and accounts payable in the system
  • Basic knowledge of tax legislation to validate withholding taxes (ISS, INSS, IRRF and PCC)
  • Generate payables using banks' file formats and clear/settle those payables
  • Execute payments and issue receipts/vouchers at banks
  • Generate bank statements for accounts and perform bank reconciliations
  • Produce financial closing reports

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
  • Experience with the OMIE system is a plus
