About the role

  • Auxiliar Financeiro responsible for document analysis and system entry for financial transactions. Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and generating financial reports.

Responsibilities

  • Review documents to verify authenticity and validity;
  • Post accounts receivable and accounts payable in the system;
  • Basic knowledge of tax legislation to validate withholdings at source (ISS, INSS, IRRF and PCC);
  • Generate payment files for banks and reconcile/settle payable items;
  • Execute payments and issue payment confirmations at banks;
  • Produce bank account statements and perform bank reconciliations;
  • Prepare financial closing reports.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Excel and Power BI
  • Experience with the OMIE system is a plus
