About the role
- Auxiliar Financeiro responsible for document analysis and system entry for financial transactions. Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and generating financial reports.
Responsibilities
- Review documents to verify authenticity and validity;
- Post accounts receivable and accounts payable in the system;
- Basic knowledge of tax legislation to validate withholdings at source (ISS, INSS, IRRF and PCC);
- Generate payment files for banks and reconcile/settle payable items;
- Execute payments and issue payment confirmations at banks;
- Produce bank account statements and perform bank reconciliations;
- Prepare financial closing reports.

- Experience with the OMIE system is a plus
