About the role

Responsibilities

  • Implement talent acquisition programs with a focus on candidates with disabilities and young apprentices.
  • Conduct selection processes (end-to-end recruitment).
  • Maintain the candidate conversion funnel.
  • Develop and execute candidate sourcing strategies.
  • Improve candidate experience and engagement throughout the recruitment process.
  • Analyze recruitment KPIs, prepare reports, and develop action plans.
  • Manage relationships with institutions, suppliers, and partners that are strategic for talent sourcing.
  • Review and implement improvements in candidate experience processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience recruiting candidates with disabilities and/or young apprentices is desirable.
