Responsibilities
Develop structured negotiation plans with detailed market analysis, focusing on securing the best commercial terms.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and related departments, developing procurement plans aligned with their needs and proposing innovative solutions to optimize results.
Monitor market trends, assessing the impact of economic, political and technological factors on procurement activities.
Identify, evaluate and qualify potential suppliers.
Assess supplier performance based on criteria such as quality, delivery and service, and implement action plans as needed.
Manage supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed timelines, conditions and terms.
Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities, including financial, operational, compliance and reputational risks, by developing action plans and ensuring adherence to internal and external policies.
Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports and analyses on procurement performance, providing strategic insights.
Actively participate in transformation projects, contributing to the growth of the department and the company.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Production/Industrial Engineering or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years' professional experience as a Buyer.
Familiarity with management systems (e.g., ERP/SRM).
Experience with MS Excel (building spreadsheets and using advanced formulas).
Ability to work in a team, collaborate, share knowledge and participate in continuous improvement projects.
