About the role

  • Acting as the main technical point of contact with clients, optimizing cloud investment and efficiency as a Technical Account Manager for a top Microsoft integrator.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Trusted Advisor for Solo clients, defining and monitoring efficient, scalable technology strategies focused on maximizing IT outcomes and growth.
  • Proactively drive the client’s technical journey, supporting strategic decisions, optimizing cloud environments, and promoting the continuous evolution of infrastructure.
  • Combine expertise in Cloud (Azure, AWS and/or GCP), Windows and Linux infrastructure, networking, security and FinOps, with experience in microservices, Kubernetes, DevOps and AI solutions.
  • Perform technical and financial monitoring of environments, generate cost insights, apply best practices and facilitate communication between Solo teams and the client.

Requirements

  • Windows Server infrastructure, including implementation and administration of Active Directory, cloud services and security-related practices.
  • Desirable knowledge of Linux and AKS.
  • Intermediate knowledge of cloud architecture, including migration of on-premises environments to the cloud and administration of advanced Microsoft 365 resources.
  • Microsoft certifications: AZ-900, AZ-104; AZ-304 and/or AZ-400 are desirable.
  • Technical English.
  • Degree in IT, Computer Networks, Process Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Design, related fields, or equivalent certifications.
