About the role

  • UX Consultant focusing on user-centred digital solutions for government and private sector. Collaborating in a multidisciplinary team to create innovative and accessible services.

Responsibilities

  • Join a multidisciplinary team designing and delivering user-centred digital products.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels and support cross-functional teams.
  • Guide and influence senior stakeholders to make user-centred decisions.
  • Mentor and support colleagues while contributing to the development of Design practices.

Requirements

  • Ability to map, manage, and engage with different stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to carry out user research across internal and external user groups.
  • Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative forms of data and communicate insights concisely.
  • Ability to define key metrics and measurements to evaluate the impact of products and services.
  • Designs simple, intuitive, and accessible digital services and content.
  • Takes an end-to-end view of services and creates effective user-centred interactions.
  • Facilitates workshops, co-design sessions, and user testing.
  • Contributes to design systems, content guidelines and interaction standards.
