About the role
- Senior Product UX/UI Designer responsible for designing user-friendly experiences for E.ON's digital services. Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer journeys across web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end customer journeys for our customer portal (e.g., contract management, consumption overview, retrieval of correspondence, etc.)
- Create wireframes, interaction flows, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile
- Ensure a consistent experience across all channels while respecting platform-specific design guidelines
- Contribute to and evolve a design system in close collaboration with frontend developers
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Validate designs using data-driven methods, e.g., user feedback and usability testing
- Ensure usability, accessibility, and visual quality across all key journeys
- Use AI-based tools to automate and accelerate parts of the design process
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer working on digital products
- AI-native mindset: you are proficient with agent-driven workflows and use AI tools to automate creative/design tasks
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX thinking and polished UI designs
- Experience designing complex customer experiences in authenticated areas (dashboards, self-service portals)
- Solid understanding of responsive design, mobile UX patterns, and basic accessibility principles
- Hands-on experience with modern design tools (e.g., Figma)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, and a pragmatic, product-focused approach
- Confident communication in German and English
