About the role

  • HR Analyst managing payroll processes and collaborating with the outsourced payroll company at Solargrid. Ensuring compliance and efficiency in employee documentation and payroll operations.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the outsourced payroll provider, monitoring processes and deadlines;
  • Monitor and review all payroll processes;
  • Monitor and reconcile statutory labor charges;
  • Manage employee vacation records, ensuring deadlines are met;
  • Manage termination entries, ensuring deadlines are met;
  • Receive, send for signature, and file hiring/onboarding documents;
  • Control the recording of employee personnel movements;
  • Manage service providers (PJ) from contract initiation: draft contracts, manage monthly payments, and calculate termination amounts;
  • Manage PGRs and PCMSOs in collaboration with the Occupational Safety Coordinator and the Personnel Coordinator for the projects/sites;
  • Send documents for digital signature;
  • Make entries in MXM;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources Management, or related fields required;
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA is desirable;
  • Practical experience with the MXM system;
  • Experience with digital signature apps (Autentique, DocuSign, etc.);
  • Intermediate Excel and general IT skills (Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail);
  • Must have a responsible, committed, and organized profile;
  • Attention to detail, good time-management skills, and high ethical standards required;
  • Good interpersonal skills, clear and assertive communication, and proactivity;
