About the role

  • Process Manager coordinating between key users and developers on ERP projects. Responsible for training, consulting, and customizing solutions for successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • As Process Manager, you are the central interface between our key users and developers.
  • In this key role, you are responsible for successfully conducting workshops and training sessions as part of our ERP project.
  • Your responsibilities include comprehensive consulting of business units on process-related and system requirements.
  • You will also handle the customizing of tailored solutions.
  • You will support our ERP projects from initial concept through to successful implementation.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree with an IT/process focus, or career changers with relevant professional experience.
  • Good understanding of ERP processes and experience with Navision and/or Business Central, agile project methodology and DevOps — ideally in a regulated environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented, structured way of working.
  • Good written and spoken German is required.
