Responsibilities
Plan and lead engineering projects, select service providers, and define resource allocation, deliverables, and schedules;
Plan and lead large-scale facility maintenance for regional plants, as well as machine and utilities retrofits in the industry, allocating internal resources to ensure deliveries within the defined time, cost and quality parameters; support supplier selection, tender specifications and the development of technical solutions;
Keep information up to date on technology standards and compliance regulations;
Implement strategies for new technologies involving engineering, innovation and maintenance projects by monitoring business units, technologies and market trends that may impact the company or bring improvements, and support the expansion needs of Solar's facilities;
Control project quality, verify standards, norms and procedures, and manage preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance practices and the fixed-cost package;
Monitor and support contract deliberations and negotiations with Legal and Procurement teams;
Manage civil and mechanical engineering projects for equipment and structural installations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
Experience in the beverage industry and in project management;
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project;
Postgraduate degree in Engineering, People Management or related fields;
Intermediate English;
