- Guide architecture, unblock teams, and support high‑impact initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience leading engineering teams that build agentic or autonomous workflows
- Strong comfort with Python and React in a full‑stack environment
- Experience designing and operating queue‑based, event‑driven, or asynchronous systems
- Proficient on AI driven coding and scalable, modular applications with a strong grasp of architectural patterns, reliability, and engineering trade‑offs.
- Familiarity with ETL and data processing systems, such as: Databricks or Spark‑based pipelines, Kafka, Pulsar, or similar event streaming platforms, Airflow, dbt, or workflow orchestration tools
- Experience working with AI/ML‑adjacent systems or data‑heavy platforms
- Exposure to cloud‑native architectures and scalable backend services.
