About the role

  • Administrative Assistant at Solar Coca-Cola processing payments and supporting financial operations. Managing administrative routines to ensure compliance and governance of financial processes.

Responsibilities

  • Process, verify, and monitor payments to strategic suppliers/vendors, ensuring deadlines and internal compliance.
  • Support the monthly accounting close by validating and updating payment cycle information.
  • Manage administrative routines and provide support for the Shared Services Center (CSC) requests.
  • Ensure process governance in accordance with financial policies and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Completed high school.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with administrative routines.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of the SAP system.
