About the role

Responsibilities

  • Shape and direct marketing content across initiatives and campaigns, making decisions on priorities, formats, and messaging to support strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with the project manager and cross-channel teams to plan content projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, campaign schedules, and audience needs
  • Review, refine, and improve content provided by freelance writers and channel specialists, ensuring clarity, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Mentor and coach writers and editors, helping them produce content that aligns with brand storytelling and meets editorial and writing standards
  • Develop clear, actionable briefs that guide writers on messaging, tone, format, SEO, and audience expectations
  • Work with subject-matter experts to translate complex or technical topics into compelling, audience-focused narratives
  • Maintain editorial standards, style guidelines, and the content library to ensure resources are accurate, organized, and accessible
  • Conduct periodic content audits to identify gaps, opportunities for updates, and alignment with campaign and company priorities
  • Monitor content performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and alignment with strategic objectives
  • Assist regional marketers in adapting content for local markets while maintaining overall brand consistency

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in software, SaaS, or technology
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate technical or abstract topics into clear, persuasive content
  • Good understanding of the B2B buyer journey, demand generation, and how content drives the pipeline
  • Experience managing editorial calendars and content workflows
  • Knowledge of SEO and the ability to create content that ranks well and converts
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Familiarity with best practices for content reuse, mapping, and governance
  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written (this role requires interactions with our international colleagues and clients)
