Responsibilities
Lead capability mapping, operating model design, and transformation roadmap assignments for complex organisations.
Facilitate workshops and discussions with C-level and senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity.
Shape problem statements and lead structured problem-solving in complex, technology-driven transformation contexts.
Turn insights into clear, visual deliverables, recommendations, and business cases that guide both organisational and technology decisions.
Take a lead role in larger, multi-track or strategically critical client engagements.
Contribute to the development of Sofigate’s business capability design method and community.
Collaborate closely with process experts, platform specialists , and transformation teams to ensure that your designs translate into practical, implementable change supported by modern platforms and data capabilities.
Requirements
4+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business design, operating model development, transformation design, strategy execution, or process improvement.
Strong ability to structure complex topics, synthesize insights, and create clarity.
Confidence in facilitating and engaging with senior leaders and C-level stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, story lining, and visual communication skills.
Experience designing capability structures, operating models, value streams, governance models, or transformation portfolios.
An understanding of digital platforms, enterprise systems, data and AI, and curiosity about how they reshape business operations and operating models.
Industry exposure (e.g. manufacturing, logistics, financial services, energy, public sector), giving you practical insight into how organisations and technology landscapes work together.
Fluency in both Finnish and English (due to customer needs).
