About the role

  • Student Accounts Coordinator managing university-wide payment reconciliation and customer service for internal university stakeholders. Handling cash balancing and maintaining records while adhering to university culture.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cash balancing from multiple sources, including ecommerce, departmental deposits, cash, and check
  • Maintain record-keeping of all cash and reconciliation activities
  • Provide customer service for internal customers within the University
  • Research balancing errors and account discrepancies with and for the Accounting Office
  • Understand and act following SNHU culture and core values in all actions and interactions
  • Work as a member of a team with a willingness to support the success of the team
  • Take on new or modified activities as changes impact job requirements and assigned tasks as needed
  • Have other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • 1+ years of work experience
  • Critical thinking and strong communication skills
  • Strong technical skills and learn new systems
