About the role

  • Analyst responsible for hospitals' accounts and reimbursements in a healthcare provider. Ensuring compliance with regulations and control over financial documentations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and audit hospital accounts, denial appeals and reimbursements, ensuring compliance with procedure fee schedules and regulatory standards (ANS/Intercâmbio).
  • Validate supporting documentation and invoices to authorize payments with the Finance department.
  • Monitor deadlines, records of deliberations and operational workflows, proposing improvements to the billing/collections processes.
  • Keep the system updated with contractual data and analysis justifications to ensure payment compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
  • Knowledge of medical procedure fee schedules.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
