Responsibilities
- Leading and developing our future India finance team, setting clear expectations and supporting growth
- Ensuring strong financial control across core accounting processes, close cycles, and reconciliations
- Working with external accountants on local statutory accounting and tax matters
- Partnering with external payroll providers to ensure accurate payroll and employment compliance
- Delivering timely, accurate monthly reporting to the UK group
- Managing intercompany charges and ensuring alignment with group standards
- Acting as the primary liaison with local auditors and external advisors
- Continuously improving finance processes, structure, and ways of working
Requirements
- A senior finance leader responsible for building and running a dependable, well‑structured Finance operation in India that supports the Snap group’s international growth.
- As the Snap group continues to scale globally, this role exists to establish and lead a strong, dependable finance operation in India, fully aligned to UK group standards and expectations.
- You will play a critical role in bringing clarity, structure and ownership to a growing offshore finance function. You’ll ensure consistent, high‑quality finance delivery while creating an environment where people feel supported, developed and accountable.
- This is a leadership role with real influence. Through building capability, strengthening controls and improving ways of working, you’ll help ensure finance is a trusted, effective partner to the wider business, locally and internationally.
