Responsibilities
Support the BU by leading financial processes across Global and NA Hospital
Lead the development, analysis, and reporting of annual operating budgets
Lead monthly business reviews, present results/forecast updates
Track status updates and facilitate discussion on milestones to meet strategic initiatives
Direct the financial planning and reporting including analyzing business trends
Incorporate acquisitions into Hospital BU financial processes
Lead special projects such as business development support
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for new products initiatives (NPIs)
Develop and deploy Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Review contracts amendments, extensions, and ensure pricing improvements are met
Challenge status quo thinking and provide reliable and insightful modeling
Requirements
7+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience
Experience in building dashboards using business intelligence tools such as Tableau required
Advanced knowledge of financial reporting systems (Hyperion/Oracle EPBCS preferred)
Good knowledge of US GAAP
Must possess strong business analytical skills with thorough understanding of how to identify, interpret, and transform raw data sets into meaningful and actionable solutions
Demonstrated proficiency in using multiple data sources to draw inferences/conclusions and communicate those findings effectively
Drive for accuracy with excellent attention to detail
Ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver within tight deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to think strategically coupled with working in a logical and structured way
Open and flexible attitude with the ability to execute tasks within deadlines.
