Responsibilities
Support Account Managers with daily client operations
Assist with billing, reporting, onboarding, and account maintenance
Investigate and resolve client queries, disputes, and complaints
Maintain accurate account data and documentation
Work cross-functionally with Finance, Tech, and Marketing teams
Requirements
Experience in a client-facing, account support, or admin role
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
Confident communicator with good stakeholder skills
Advanced Excel skills (essential)
Fluent English; second European language desirable
