Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact for any research required pertaining to pension accounts
  • Address customer issues and handle queries accurately and timely
  • Work closely with multiple teams to ensure timely response to customer inquiries
  • Own the end-to-end process relating to customer inquiries
  • Coordinate with internal partners for timely support
  • Ensure adequate research is performed before responding to customers

Requirements

  • Graduate in any stream
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a research and resolution process related financial process experience is required
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • US Defined Benefits knowledge is helpful
  • Strong attention to detail and independent judgment
  • Open to and flexible about work timings and shift
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
