Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years financial service industry experience with 10 years of progressive management experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance or Economics a plus); MBA or CPA preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of financial/accounting principles
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and regulations governing investment companies
- Proven management and leadership abilities; abilities to effectively lead large, cross functional teams
- Ability to prioritize contemporaneous projects, apply effective resource management and meet multiple, overlapping deadlines
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication, negotiation skills and talent to influence and work with people across organizations
- Excellent judgment and analytical skills; capacity to arrive at sound, rational, quick decisions consistent with control framework
- Ability to make commitments and manage resources and budgets to accomplish those commitments.
