Responsibilities
Lead large, cross-functional teams
Deliver accurate and timely pricing and bookkeeping for Fidelity’s consumer and professional investment offerings
Champion risk mitigation strategies to protect shareholders

Responsible for processes in compliance with regulatory guidance of the funds
Provide technical leadership by staying advised of changes in the regulatory environment and industry trends
Requirements
Minimum of 15 years financial service industry experience with 10 years of progressive management experience
Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance or Economics a plus); MBA or CPA preferred
Comprehensive understanding of financial/accounting principles
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and regulations governing investment companies
Proven management and leadership abilities; abilities to effectively lead large, cross functional teams
Ability to prioritize contemporaneous projects, apply effective resource management and meet multiple, overlapping deadlines
Demonstrated verbal and written communication, negotiation skills and talent to influence and work with people across organizations
Excellent judgment and analytical skills; capacity to arrive at sound, rational, quick decisions consistent with control framework
Ability to make commitments and manage resources and budgets to accomplish those commitments.
