About the role

  • Assistant HR and Accounting responsible for various HR and accounting tasks at Actemium. Engaging in employee support, contract creation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Support across the entire HR function, from recruiting to employee relations
  • Handling onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintenance and management of personnel files and HR databases
  • Drafting employment contracts, references, agreements, and certificates
  • Organizing and coordinating training, employee events, and gifts for special occasions
  • Point of contact for employees, managers, and authorities on HR-related matters
  • Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements and maintaining HR systems
  • Administration and upkeep of temporary staffing and client portals
  • Supporting marketing activities (e.g., LinkedIn posts)
  • Reviewing and processing vendor invoices
  • Contributing to SOP management (creating, maintaining, and updating Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Acting as team assistant cover

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or degree
  • Work experience in HR and/or labor law is an advantage
  • Confident user of MS Office and open to new technologies
  • SAP R/3 knowledge is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview even with many tasks and tight deadlines
  • Reliable, structured working style and a solid understanding of business processes
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
