About the role
- Senior Performance and Attribution Analyst at Fidelity responsible for supporting investment performance analytics and collaborating with investment teams to provide accurate attribution results.
Responsibilities
- Support multiple types of investment performance analytics including security selection, market selection, asset allocation, and risk
- Respond to inquiries from the investment staff and senior leaders about attribution results
- Collaborate with index, accounting, and advisor analytics data teams for attribution data needs
- Participate in new product development initiatives with advisors and the investment product groups
- Facilitate discussions with the technology team and other business partners to define requirements for each product launch
- Ensure investment strategies are properly handled within the Performance Attribution System
- Responsible for the attribution calculations across various asset classes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field
- Fund accounting or performance attribution
- Interest in mutual fund performance, attribution, and/or multi-asset class investment strategies
- Interest in equity markets, ETFs, derivatives, asset allocation, investment vehicles, and portfolio construction
- Strong Microsoft office skills required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
