Responsibilities
- As a Senior Analyst, Equity Investment Services (EQIS) at Fidelity Investments, you will play a critical role partnering with our EQIS team and cross functional partners to support the Equity Portfolio Management team.

- Manage and communicate program status to stakeholders of various initiatives.
- Identify and articulate program risks and help to resolve issues as they surface.
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ work experience in or working with investment operations in financial services industry
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Must be highly organized, meticulous, detail oriented and can work independently
- Effective relationship management skills across numerous strategic business partners
- Demonstrated experience utilizing Python and SQL to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and deliver actionable data insights.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and comfortable in an environment of shifting priorities
- Excellent judgment, issue management, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, comfortable taking the initiative, and meet deadlines independently
- Positive attitude and 'can do' work ethic.
