Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 6-8 years of related professional experience in corporate communications or marketing
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communications skills
- Skilled influencer with the capability to build relationships with individuals at all levels across the organization
- Audience-first mindset to enable effective communication planning and content creation
- Strength in connecting and articulating common threads across initiatives and programs
- Ability to think strategically, generate solutions, balance priorities, and adapt well to change direction in a fast-paced environment
- Adept at presenting and discussing work with senior level business partners, and helping to translate feedback to the team
- Knowledge of Fidelity, technical subject matter, and/or information security experience a plus
- Functional experience with Jira a plus.
