About the role

  • Focus Sales role at api GmbH, engaging clients and supporting Cloud business growth. Collaborate with teams for optimal client service and success in IT products.

Responsibilities

  • You will become thoroughly familiar with the products and services of our partners and manufacturers in order to provide competent advice
  • You will acquire new customers and thereby contribute to the growth of our company
  • You will be the first point of contact for our customers and advise them on technical and commercial questions regarding our products and services
  • You will support the management and development of our cloud business and ensure that our customers receive optimal care
  • You will work closely with Sales, the team and Purchasing to ensure excellent customer support

Requirements

  • You have a basic understanding of the IT industry
  • You have completed commercial vocational training
  • You are a committed and reliable employee who tackles tasks proactively and always seeks the best solutions for our customers
  • You enjoy working in a team, support your colleagues and contribute to a positive and productive working atmosphere
