  • Director of Performance Consulting driving associate performance and developing impactful learning solutions at Fidelity. Collaborating with leaders to prioritize team work and evaluate learning impacts.

Responsibilities

  • The Director, Performance Consultant supports associate performance and help business units meet their goals.
  • Provides strategic consultation on projects and develops learning experiences to build workforce capability, now and for the future.
  • You will work with leaders to scope learning requests, prioritize the team’s work, to develop and deliver impactful learning solutions as well as evaluate the impact of the learning solutions.
  • In this role you’ll be accountable for the overall quality and measurability of learning products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree with ten years of experience in learning & development.
  • Financial Services experience is preferred.
  • Show up as a business partner with the ability to understand the business while translating learning needs and impact within the business context
  • Provide end to end oversight to develop learning solutions aligned with organizational goals and performance gaps, leveraging Fidelity’s learning platforms, tools, and digital solutions delivery.
  • Apply advanced usage of learning design to develop impactful solutions utilizing the right tools for the right learning needs
  • Lead the planning, creative design, and delivery of learning solutions that meet identified business needs.
  • Utilize a business mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making that integrates feedback and measurable outcomes
  • Work with business units to scope requests, translate them into actionable plans to deliver an impactful learning solution
  • Challenge conventional thinking and drive continuous improvement bringing new ideas and concepts to deliver impactful learning experiences
  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and effectively manage multiple complex projects within a fast-paced environment, making connections and alignment to the work along the way
  • Apply critical thinking to provide well thought out options/recommendations, while providing a point of view to the preferred approach
  • Determine an effective approach when developing and implementing learning solutions with a change management point of view
  • Excellent presentation development, speaking as well as effective written/verbal communicator while influencing stakeholder expectations
  • Drive measurement and evaluation strategies to assess the business impact of learning solution
  • Use data analysis to identify key metrics pull reports, identify trends, and inform decisions that improve learning experiences (LX).
