About the role
- Director of Project Delivery overseeing capital projects from initiation to closeout in Fidelity's Investor Center Partnerships. Ensuring on-time delivery and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage a program of capital projects from initiation through closeout.
- Work closely with several internal and external teams to execute and manage solutions.
- Implement new concepts to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.
- Collaborate with a team of internal and external resources, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Identify risks, develop mitigations and contingencies, partner with municipal agencies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of construction or project management experience with increasing responsibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project or construction management, engineering, or other related areas.
- Graduate degree or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with either Procore, MS Excel (advance), MS Project, Kahua, PMWeb, or TriRiga.
- Ability to be onsite at Fidelity locations a minimum of 50% of the time.
- Ability to travel up to 35% of the time.
