About the role

  • Investment Strategist providing investment-related support and education for Fidelity Workplace Investing clients and advisors. Enhancing investment decision-making for defined contribution clients with a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

  • Work with client Treasury contacts to enhance the overall quality of Fidelity's relationship with clients and advisors
  • Provide periodic client investment reviews, incorporating detailed knowledge of the Fidelity and non-Fidelity mutual funds in the plan
  • Review capital markets, update DC investment trends, address investment fiduciary issues, and provide timely follow-up
  • Stay current on all relevant compliance requirements and complete the associated administrative and reporting requirements

Requirements

  • CFA/CFP and/or MBA strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years investment consulting or related experience
  • Ability and desire to identify and build relationships with client investment decision-makers
  • Detailed understanding of mutual funds and other investment vehicles
  • Excellent understanding of the economy and its drivers
  • Solid understanding of asset allocation methodology and style analysis
  • Excellent understanding of retirement plan investment menu design
