- 戦略的予実管理と分析
- FP&Aや各Divisionリードと連携して事業計画の精度向上を図るとともに、重要業績評価指標（KPI）を分析し、取締役会レベルの予測や長期戦略の策定をサポート
- 意思決定支援
- 経営層向けダッシュボードを構築・運用してビジネス状況の透明性を担保し、リアルタイムデータに基づく迅速な合意形成をリード
- 部門横断プロジェクトの推進
- 異なるKPIを持つステークホルダー（Sales, Product, Engineering）の間に入り、複雑なビジネス要件を技術仕様に翻訳しながら、「全体最適」の視点でプロジェクトを推進
- オペレーションの刷新 (AI & Automation)
- Salesforce, GAS (Google Apps Script), Gemini, n8n等のツールを駆使し、組織全体の生産性を向上させるため各種ビジネスオペレーションを自動化や省力化に取り組む。
- ガバナンスとリスク管理
- コーポレート部門（Finance, Legal）と連携し、広告補填、ポイント運用、契約プロセス等の内部統制ルールを策定・運用します。スピードを犠牲にすることなく、健全な運営体制を維持
Requirements
- **応募要件**
- Business Planning & Operations、Revenue Operations、Sales Strategy & Operations、経営企画部、戦略コンサルティングなど、いずれかの領域で3〜5年以上の実務経験
- SQL、Tableau、Excel/Google Sheetsを用いた高度なデータ抽出・分析能力
- CRMシステムのロジック設計経験やGAS (Google Apps Script) やAIツールを用いた業務自動化・効率化の実践経験
- 自ら課題を発見し、構造改革を提案・推進できる自走力
- **歓迎経験**
- 広告営業のバックグラウンドを持ち、現場の「ペインポイント」を理解している
- プロダクトマネジメントやエンジニアリングのバックグラウンドを持ち、その思考法を応用できる
- デジタル広告、メディアビジネス、またはモバイルアプリ業界での経験
- Pythonや高度なAIワークフローツールの使用経験
