About the role

  • Hybrid role working on projects and processes.
  • Develop and communicate standards, methods (agile and/or traditional) and tools to be used for project management.
  • Support project management, acting as an intermediary between the business area and the client and providing support to the technical leadership.
  • Prepare materials and lead executive and management project status meetings, including key KPIs and action plans.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of the project's quality control process.
  • Identify improvements in existing processes.
  • Analyze and implement improvements in automation processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Advanced English (may be required for daily use).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with KPIs.
  • Experience with Agile methodology.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo (SP).
